"What's Fresh" - Well other than the food you get from Somerfield, 'fresh' is the grocers term for items that do require refrigeration or some form of temperature control. This is not 'frozen' food but items like vegetables, potatoes, fruit and cream, in fact most dairy products but not milk, you buy so much of it that it's delivered separately as are cakes and bread.
