	BRIDGWATER OFFICE Brewer Smith and Brewer, Somerset office was opened in Langport in 1966 to process the Practice's work in the South West. This office was moved to Bridgwater in 1980 to place the Practice close to the M5 to gain access country wide and to better serve local Clients.
LOCATION The Practice is located in West Quay, just off of the centre of Bridgwater. The Lions was built by Benjamin Holloway, builder to the Duke of Chandos, and was built as a house for his own use c1730. The building is the only Grade 1 listed house in Bridgwater and was described by Pevsner as ''the best house in Bridgwater''.		ARCHITECTURAL SERVICE The Practice offers full Architectural Services using interactive AutoCad systems to facilitate rapid response, quality control, technical information co-ordination and retrieval.
	WORKLOAD The Bridgwater workload has been mainly the provision of highly serviced, specialised, purpose built accommodation and has acted as Lead Consultants for Clients such as C&J Clark, Nuclear Electric, Avalon Somerset NHS Trust, Ravel Shoes, Summerfield Developments, National Westminster Bank, Home Office, Magnox Electric.
