How Much is available ?

The grants are aimed to encourage action by bridging the deficit between the cost of Eligible Works and the value they add to a property. The grants are offered as a percentage of the total cost of the project. The level for each grant is based on the specific need and priority of the project and the availability of funds, with the following limits set for each category of work:

• Repairs - Up to 60%
• Architectural reinstatement - Up to 80%
• Re-use of floor-space – Up to 50%
• Gap sites – Capped at £20,000
• Environmental works – Up to 255, capped at £20,000.

Applicants are encouraged to use qualified architects or surveyors, and their fees are eligible for grant aid as part of the cost of the project.
